PRODUCT and SERVICE WARRANTIES

Warranty for Work Product.  Your total satisfaction of any item sold on this site is guaranteed for one year.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product supplied by me I will replace it.  Simply call me so we can discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction, return the initial item to me [return shipping costs to be born by you], and upon its return I will either replace it free of charge, or I will return your full purchase price via credit to your credit card account, which ever option you request.

Warranty for Satisfaction of the Fine Art Work.  If, for any reason, you find that you are not satisfied with my fine art work, return it to me within one year and I will refund the purchase price to your credit card account.  Simply call me so we can discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction, return the undamaged artwork to me [return shipping costs to be born by you], and upon its return I will refund the purchase price to your credit card account.

Warranty Against Shipping Damage.  All of my shipments are carefully wrapped and shipped per standards set down by the shipper.  They are also insured for the value of the purchase.  If the fine art product is delivered to you in damaged form, report such damage to me and to the shipper per the terms of the shipping insurance policy. We will arrange the return of the art work to me and I will replace it and ship it to you.

Condition of Warranties.  All of these warranties are provided for the sole intent of protecting my customers from defects in my art work, work product, or services, and are limited to the terms stated in the warranties.  These warranties are not provided to invite abuse of my services or good will.  Under such abuse all warranties are void.
